Also commonly referred to as: day-of coordination or a day of wedding coordinator, month of coordination or a partial wedding planner, and wedding management or event planner. As your Ottawa Wedding Coordinator, I’m here to ensure that your special day goes smoothly, leaving you and your guests to experience every second, instead of worrying about logistics behind the scenes. I will come in towards the end of your wedding planning to take over and help coordinate and execute the details of your wedding day- I take the wedding that you’ve planned and make it happen.​ Once we sign together, I am available to provide guidance and recommendations to help you in your planning. We will start working together more intensely, six weeks before your wedding. Some of what I do happens before the wedding, the coordination. This involves an in-depth review of everything that you’ve planned and what is still outstanding, allowing me to find any holes or missing pieces and work with you to fix them. Working with you before your big day also allows me to gather all the crucial information I need to best support you and to truly understand how you would like your day to unfold. ​On your wedding day, the implementation, I make sure all of your hard work comes to life while you enjoy the special moments. I will be with you for an unlimited amount of hours on the day of (and in the day before your wedding) for everything from last minute errands, to set-up and teardown, and making sure everyone makes it to where they need to be.
