You’ve made the plans — now you need someone to step in and make sure everything comes together just the way you envisioned. This package is designed for couples who’ve handled the planning themselves, but want a reliable coordinator to step in, tie up loose ends, and take the lead on executing the day. About two weeks before your wedding, I’ll connect with your vendors, review your timeline and contracts, and work with you to ensure every detail is ready. From two days before and onwards, I become the go-to contact for your vendor team — so you can relax and focus on the celebration. On the day itself, I’ll be there from start to finish (and even the day before, as needed) — handling decor setup and teardown, cueing the timeline, solving problems quietly, and making sure everything and everyone is exactly where they need to be. I take what you’ve planned and bring it to life with calm, capable direction — so you can enjoy every moment without worry. What’s Included: - Unlimited support via email and phone for questions or guidance - Unlimited venue walk-throughs or site visits - Review of vendor contracts and setup needs - Full review and refinement of your wedding day timeline - Introduction and timeline sharing with all vendors in the two weeks leading up to the wedding - Main point of contact for vendors in the two days before your wedding - Attendance and coordination at your ceremony rehearsal - Setup of personal décor, signage, and wedding details - Teardown and packing of personal items at the end of the event - Coordination and cueing of all key moments (ceremony, reception, speeches, etc.) - Vendor oversight and troubleshooting throughout the day - Wedding day presence from start to finish (unlimited hours) Note: A $50 travel fee applies for weddings more than 2 hours outside of Ottawa, Ontario.
