You’ve poured time and heart into planning your wedding — now you need someone to step in, take over the details, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. The Day-Of Direction package is designed for couples who have their vision in place and want a reliable coordinator to manage the final logistics. Two weeks before the wedding, I’ll connect with you and your vendors to finalize the plan and refine your timeline. In the day before your wedding, I step into the role of point person so you can step back and focus on what matters most. On the day itself, I’ll be there from pre-ceremony through the major events — cueing the schedule, communicating with vendors, and quietly solving problems behind the scenes so you can stay present and soak in every moment. This package gives you the confidence that everything is taken care of — without the stress. What’s Included: - Two consultation calls to review your plans and logistics - One venue walk-through or site visit - Final timeline review and refinement - Introduction and final schedule sharing with all vendors starting two weeks before the wedding - Main point of contact for vendors the day before and day of - Ceremony rehearsal attendance and coordination - Coordination and cueing of ceremony, reception, and major transitions - Management of vendor arrivals and schedule flow - Handling of small issues discreetly on the day - Presence on the wedding day for up to 12 hours Please note: This package does not include decor setup or teardown. A $50 travel fee applies for weddings more than 2 hours outside of Ottawa, Ontario.
